3. Calibration. Lasercheck Light Scatter technology requires calibration that is specific to a finishing process. We have factory calibrations available for common finishing processes like grinding, sanding, some honing operations, polishing, etc. Users may have to perform initial calibrations on unique processes. But once calibrated Lasercheck NEVER LOSES CALIBRATION. It will not change over hours, days, weeks, months, and even years of use.

4. Measure any Material. Lasercheck will not damage soft fragile surfaces such as rubber, plastic, soft metals and semiconductors. Lasercheck does not have a fragile stylus tip that hard materials such as ceramics and hard metals would quickly wear and damage
